​Learn differently
Every year, the educational system in France is very badly ranked in all the rankings (PISA for example). At school, children learn and do their exercises. But we want to show that they can learn from everything and not only at school. Perceive what surrounds us is a real asset to help our children learning better and for a lot longer. To make our action visible, we designed our application for children of 6-7 years old mainly, but its designed for children between 5 and 12 years old.
​Mathematics and geometry sciences are everywhere

Baking a chocolate cake, using computers, building new architectures, playing with construction toys, playing at Tetris... Mathematics and geometry are used everyday and for everything. Children need to realize this to be more mature, conscious and aware of their environment. Tables are rectangles, plates are rounds, a tablette is rectangle, a pillow can be rectangle... We design toys to learn our children what is a rectangle, a square or a triangle, but we are surrounded by all these shapes! So we decided to use Duceo to help children to apply what they learn at school in math and geometry with comparisons, and games based on their environment.
An application developed with Child Life Specialists

Duceo Application is developped with the help of child psychiatrists (Hôpital Robert Debré, Paris XXème) specialised on the children development with difficulties like dyspraxia. So Duceo fits the goals and needs of these specialists. The application can be used for children with difficulties making the link between the parents, the physician and the child. The physician can give some exercises adapted to the child's difficulties, the parents can see their child's progress and the child can progress easily while playing.
